The first 1-on-1 Postpartum Movement is designed for postpartum mothers in that initial 6-8 week period. It is focused on MOVEMENT in this time frame with some other elements like nourishment sprinkled in to support healing. Begin gentle and intentional moving to create a foundation for long-term healing with personal support from me. See OFFERINGS for more information.
The Reclaim Your First 40 Days Class Series is a live, online class to prepare for your fourth trimester during pregnancy. Please click the button below for more info. I have one starting Nov 3rd.
movement classeS
My movement and corrective exercise series is beneficial to any women at any point in her journey to support the pelvis, pelvic [floor] diaphragm, and postural foundations of moving and thriving. These classes are also designed to facilitate a smoother, more enjoyable and healing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum; and they are all nervous system-supportive.
I have a pay-what-you're-able PELVIC FLOOR Mini-Course. 4 weeks of classes, meeting online. You also receive all recordings and can do it anytime or over again. Currently I offer a Pelvic Floor Foundations for Healing & Strength intro class series.
There's a session coming up in FALL.
birth & POSTPARTUM mentorship
This is a personalized guidance session where I spend time with a mother wanting support, guidance, or space held to recognize, honor, and plan for their needs around birth and/or postpartum planning.
Together, we create a path forward to support you in learning, accessing, and taking actions that are aligned with your personal goals and journey.
This is also a safe place to ask questions, recognize and move through fears, and discuss some of the ways you can move through your pregnancy to prepare, open and surrender. Or to discuss and creates plans to align your postpartum recovery with your physiology and your family needs.

Essentials to Postpartum Care
This guide includes universal principles used across cultures to heal in the postpartum time, as well as, two other areas to consider in this modern time to support your body, mind, and spirit.
“becoming a mother leaves no woman as it found her.
It unravels her and rebuilds her. It cracks her open,
takes her to her edges. It's both beautiful and brutal;
often at the same time.”
